Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready even though I arrived late due to border issues causing an 8-hour delay. The room itself was of a generous size with smart furniture and carpets, but lacking light at night. The lower floors had older wardrobes and furnishings.
The hotel's rooms were very dirty, with a disgusting toilet and uncomfortable beds, especially for families. However, the club and bar music from lower floors can be heard easily.

The location is rather seedy and not suitable for families, especially after 7 pm. The dining experience was below average, with stale bread and dodgy food.
I stayed on the top floor of the hotel in a clean and spacious room with a cozy king-size bed that I found very comfortable. However, the room had an old and moldy smell, which was a bit unpleasant. The hotel's location was convenient for shopping in various centers and close to the metro station but not suitable for families due to nearby vendors selling knock-off goods. The service was mixed, varying from rude to polite, indicating potential management changes. The dining experience was hit or miss, with delicious meals at times but overcrowded breakfast service. Facilities were decent overall, though nothing particularly outstanding.
